I accept and declare that I have obtained, read, evaluated and understood the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data for "Natural Person Customer - Customer Representative - Customer Guest - Natural Person Potential Customer - Legal Entity Customer/Potential Customer Natural Person Representative, Employee" of byPeşko Pide, which will be referred to as Peşko Pide, within the date it entered into force.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law;

I consent to the processing of my personal data (identity, contact, financial data, audio and visual data, transaction security data, consent data) contained in the registration form prepared based on my personal data provided during sales transactions and maintained in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 1774 on Identity Notification and other relevant legal regulations, by Peşko Pide within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and subsidiary legislation, completely or partially by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that they are part of any data recording system, for the fulfillment of obligations arising from relevant laws and for the purposes specified in the clarification text,

I consent to my personal data being kept, processed, used and transferred by the data processor appointed by Peşko Pide in the joint database established by Peşko Pide, in accordance with "Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data" and other laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data and in cases stipulated in relevant legislation, taking into account the standards regarding information security and protection of all kinds of personal data and in compliance with the principles specified in the legislation, for the execution and organization of the activities of Peşko Pide company, ensuring and supervising compliance with legal legislation, and ensuring corporate and administrative management; and within this scope, provided that the necessary protection of personal data is ensured, my personal data being transferred to 3rd (third) parties to whom Peşko Pide company provides or receives services when necessary and/or to authorized institutions and organizations upon employee request, and my personal data being processed by these companies, banks, authorized institutions and organizations, and being contacted with me for all these purposes through communication methods such as SMS, phone, internet, e-mail, social media, etc. from abroad and domestically,

I consent to the storage of my credit card, account number and invoice information in the database of Peşko Pide company within the scope of accounting and finance activities,

I consent to sending messages, providing information and sending greeting messages on special occasions through communication methods such as SMS, phone, internet, e-mail, social media, etc. by Peşko Pide within the scope of advertising, promotion and marketing activities,

I consent to the retention of my personal data by Peşko Pide, even if our sales contract is terminated for any reason, for the period stipulated by laws or required by the data processing purpose, or in cases where the legitimate interest of Peşko Pide company is in question, in compliance with the periods stipulated by Laws, for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations,

I consent to the installation of audio and video recording systems in indoor and outdoor spaces during the time I spend in buildings and premises belonging to Peşko Pide company and to these systems recording my voice and image,

I consent to the use of my visual data on social media accounts and website belonging to Peşko Pide company, and to the transfer of data abroad due to the centers and data recording areas of the service provider companies being located abroad,

I consent to the transfer of my data abroad due to the centers and data recording areas of video and voice messaging services and e-mail service providers used within the scope of the company's communication activities being located abroad,

I have been informed that Peşko Pide company has legitimate interests supervised by legislation regarding the personal data subject to this statement, but that my statement does not cover my special category personal data specified in Article 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data,

I have been informed about the data controller and representative, for what purposes personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes processed personal data may be transferred, and especially about my rights,
